With unwavering positivity and a quiet determination, Casey Peetz (she/her) harnesses her authentic leadership style to power effective, mission-driven organizations. Equally adept at digging deep into nitty-gritty details and surfacing big-picture ideas, Casey leads human resources, operations, and administrative efforts that support high-impact program outcomes for some of St. Louisā€™s most vulnerable residents.

In December 2021, Casey joined the Deaconess Foundation as executive assistant to the president and CEO and also supports seamless operations as the grant-making organizationā€™s office manager.

Casey earned her bachelorā€™s degree in biological science and classical humanities from the University of Missouri. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
