Bert De Winter is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at De Watergroep since January 2009, focusing on water in a circular economy and smart water networks. Previously, Bert held the position of ICT Director at Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg, overseeing ICT department reorganization, and served as a Project Leader at Agfa HealthCare, where responsibilities included developing image quality modeling software for radiology systems.
