Kaya Jong currently serves as the Coördinator afdeling Bemiddeling/Verhuur at Dé Vastgoedbeschermer since February 2020, focusing on providing temporary solutions for vacant real estate in the Netherlands to mitigate risks associated with vacancy, including deterioration and vandalism. Prior to this role, Kaya Jong worked as a Verhuurintercedent Vastgoed at Worldline from September 2019 to February 2020, and also gained experience in onboarding and anti-money laundering processes. Kaya Jong's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Ondernemerschap & Retail Management from Avans Academie (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences (2016-2017), supplemented with ongoing studies at the Academie voor Vastgoed from October 2021 to October 2023.
