Aline Paulus is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as HRBP & Talent Acquisition at De Smet Engineers & Contractors and a Freelance Senior Talent & Development HR at Talent Minded since 2018, Aline has developed a diverse skill set that encompasses recruitment, talent management, coaching, and strategic organizational development. Aline’s previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AbbVie and Puratos, as well as Talent Acquisition Manager at CMI - Cockerill Maintenance & Ingénierie. In addition to practical HR experience, Aline contributes to academia as a guest professor at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, teaching Human Resources Management.
