Mila van Egmond is an experienced professional and photographer with a strong focus on social impact and community engagement. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Volunteer Recruitment at De Regenboog Groep since April 2020, Mila is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive society. Previous roles include coordinating cultural initiatives at Cultuurtafel Noord and projects aimed at increasing the participation of girls and women in STEM fields at VHTO. As the founder and photographer at Doculavie, Mila has contributed to storytelling focused on social change. With a Master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Utrecht University and a background in social work and project coordination, Mila combines expertise in social issues with creativity and collaboration.
