Ester Winkelhuis has extensive experience in coaching and project management, currently serving as Coach Partner- en Familieondersteuning and Coördinator Huis van de Wijk de Meeuw at De Regenboog Groep since December 2013. In addition, Ester is involved with Omega Levensschool since September 2015 as a Partner after previously completing training programs. Past roles include Projectmanager at 's Heeren Loo Zorggroep and IT Consultant at ConQuaestor and IBM. Ester holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Groningen, attended Uppsala University, and completed training at the Nederlandse Academie voor Psychotherapie.
