Devarshi Bajpai currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fora Health Treatment & Recovery, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Devarshi held key roles at the Oregon Department of Corrections from January 2020 to October 2023, including Behavioral Health Services Administrator and Chief of Research, where initiatives included collaborating with government officials on release options during the Covid-19 outbreak and conducting research to address inequities in use of force situations. Prior experience includes serving as CCO Behavioral Health Director at CareOregon, overseeing behavioral health operations and expanding access to treatment, and as Senior Manager for Medicaid and Addiction Services at Multnomah County, managing significant budgets and developing regional service networks. Devarshi also served as Grant Program Manager at the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Warner Pacific University.
