Jeremy Rosamond has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable RH at De Neuville since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the position of Responsable RH at Five Guys France, overseeing a workforce of 400 employees across France. From April 2012 to July 2019, Jeremy was with Elior France as Responsable Ressources Humaines, managing HR functions for 850 employees across 80 sites, including individual relations, legal advice for managers, personnel transfers, and development processes. Earlier experiences include recruitment roles focusing on executive and assistant populations and serving as RRH Adjoint for a larger workforce. Jeremy holds multiple degrees in human resources and management from various institutions, including a Master’s degree in Competences and Organisation from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
