Ingeborgh Milikan-Droog has extensive experience in education, serving as a biology and science instructor at De Nassau since August 1997, where responsibilities include teaching in the Bilingual Department (TTO). Ingeborgh holds several leadership roles, including chair of the biology/general natural sciences department and the participation council, as well as serving as secretary of the council. In 2019, Ingeborgh contributed to the College voor Toetsen en Examens as part of a focus group for final examination syllabi in biology for secondary education levels. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biology from Utrecht University, postdoctoral teacher training in biology from Utrecht University, and additional studies at the University of Cambridge.
