Adriaan van Ek is an experienced yoga instructor currently teaching at Sportcentrum Iedema, De Meerpaal, Instituut Jacob Cats Ermelo, SRO Amersfoort B.V., and Ayoga since 2023, 2022, and 2019 respectively. Previously, Adriaan served as a Financial Administrative Assistant at EABN Uitvaartverzorging B.V. from 1996 to 2022. Adriaan is actively pursuing further education in yoga and Reiki, with ongoing studies at Yoginess, ReikiMar, and a recent completion of courses from Yogapraktijk Yogaflow, Saswitha Opleiding voor Yoga en Wijsbegeerte, Raja Yoga Docentenopleiding, and Mens en Intuitie.
