Charlotte Ruytjens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, consultancy, and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at De Lijn since March 2023, Charlotte also works as a communication, relationship, and well-being coach at Helder Coaching. Prior experience includes serving as an advisor for participation at Provincie Antwerpen and a Customer Experience Management Consultant at iDA Mediafoundry. Charlotte's career began with roles in sales and administration, including positions at BNP Paribas Fortis and Buroform Print I Graphics I Media. Academically, Charlotte holds Bachelor's degrees in Law from the University of Antwerp and in Legal Practice from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen.
