Norman Lee is a prominent academic and industry leader in game design and development, serving at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde since September 2000 in various capacities, including Chairperson of the Game Design and Development Program and Special Assistant to the Chancellor. Norman has been instrumental in establishing a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Development, focusing on curriculum development and the proposal process with the Commission on Higher Education in the Philippines. In addition to academic roles, Norman contributes to the Philippine Commission on Higher Education as Chair of the Technical Panel for Game Development and Animation and represents the Game Developers Association of the Philippines in multiple committees. Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Applications from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, as well as a Master's degree in Information Technology from Philippine Christian University.
