Yolanta Birch has over 17 years of experience in customer delivery and service coordination roles. Currently a Customer Delivery Coordinator at De La Rue since August 2012, Yolanta has previously held positions as a Shipping Officer and Order Administrator. Prior to De La Rue, experience includes working at Level 3 Communications from May 2006 to August 2012, serving as a Service Delivery Associate and Order Management Coordinator, where responsibilities included administrative support, customer order processing, and interdepartmental coordination. Yolanta's career began at Next Group PLC as a Sales Advisor, providing customer service and support. Education was completed at Testbourne School from 2000 to 2005.
