Hossam Omar ITSM - PM has extensive experience in IT service management and customer care, currently serving as Customer Care Manager at De La Rue since December 2021. Previously, Hossam held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at Allianz Partners, overseeing a team that supported over 1500 employees across multiple countries. Additionally, Hossam worked as Service Delivery Manager at SeekOne, managing IT and telecom professionals, and as Assistant Director of Information Technology at the American University of Kuwait, where strategic IT governance and daily operations were optimized. Early career roles included network administration and software development at various institutions. Hossam holds an MBA from Maastricht University and a BA in Management Information Systems from the Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon.
