Derek Mansfield is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Director and Plant Manager at De La Rue since December 2020, Mansfield leads the manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka and drives growth initiatives aligned with the company's overarching vision. Previously, Mansfield has held key positions, including Executive Committee Member at The Council for Business with Britain, Interim Managing Director at Silentbloc UK Limited, and Managing Director roles at LyondellBasell India, BNL (UK) Ltd, TT Electronics, AEI Cables, and Prestwick Circuits. With a solid background in engineering and business development, supported by a BSc (Hons) in Technology Management from the University of Sunderland, Mansfield has consistently demonstrated a strong capacity for enhancing operational performance and achieving strategic goals.
