Frans Havekes is an experienced manager in the publishing and content processing industry, currently serving as Manager Content Processing at Koninklijke Brill since November 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing the transformation of delivered content into publications for print and online formats. Prior to this role, Frans held the position of Director Publishing at IDC Publishers from January 2000 to October 2006, where the focus was on defining and executing the publishing program. Frans also served as Managing Director at Q Multimedia Nederland bv, within a subsidiary of The Q Group Plc, from November 1997 to December 1999, leading initiatives to develop multimedia language learning courses. Earlier career experience includes a role as Project Manager at Quadrant Communicatie between 1990 and 1996, managing multimedia projects for organizational training and resource access. Academically, Frans has a Mo B degree in Physics from Utrecht University and completed atheneum B at Bonifatiuscollege Utrecht with a strong background in mathematics and natural sciences.
