Nicky Verver serves as the Coördinator Zorgverkoop en Zorgontwikkeling at De Binnenvest since May 2022, overseeing the department responsible for policy development and contract management within the organization. In addition, Nicky leads various projects aimed at care development, collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as care providers and municipalities. Nicky's experience also includes roles as a Vertrouwenspersoon and HR-manager at Stichting ROEM, as well as a Transitiemanager at Gemeente Rotterdam, where assistance was provided to staff on a new income assistance system. Nicky has held advisory positions and traineeships in organizations like Customer Revolution, HLTsamen, and Public Support b.v., all focusing on social development and policy. Volunteering with Rode Kruis Nederland and previous management responsibilities at Bistro Malle Jan further contribute to a diverse professional background. Nicky obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Leiden University.
