Annefleur Spillenaar has extensive experience in social work and child care, currently serving as a Maatschappelijk werker and Ambulant groepswerker at De Binnenvest since May 2017. Previously worked at Ahold Delhaize from November 2007 to July 2018 as a Senior medewerker Verkoop, focusing on managing the bakery and deli cheese departments while training new employees. Prior to that, Annefleur held roles at Junis Kinderopvang from September 2009 to May 2017 as a Gespecialiseerd pedagogisch medewerker, supporting children aged zero to twelve. Additional experience includes a position as a Wijkcoach at Kwadraad and an internship as a Maatschappelijk werker i.o. Annefleur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maatschappelijk werk from Hogeschool Leiden and a diploma as a Gespecialiseerd pedagogisch medewerker from ID College.
