Natalie Nash is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Communications and Engagement in Sustainability and Wellbeing at De Beers Group, Natalie has previously worked at Willis Towers Watson in various roles, including Communication and Change Management Lead Associate. Prior positions include Organisational Effectiveness Advisor and Coordinator at Crossrail Ltd, along with volunteer work at Helping Hands. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick, completed in 2014, and attended Headington Girls School from 2004 to 2011.
