Jacqueline Crocker has extensive work experience in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry. Jacqueline started their career in 2000 as a Marketing Manager at BT and later worked as a Senior Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager in their Consumer Division. In 2006, they joined Sky as a Marketing Controller, focusing on e-commerce and digital marketing.
Crocker then transitioned to De Beers, where they served as the Global Head of Digital for De Beers Diamond Jewellers & Forevermark, overseeing the creation and execution of the global digital strategy for the brand. Jacqueline also worked as the Head of Client Experience & CRM at De Beers.
In addition, Crocker was a Director at the World Gold Council, where they led the creation of LoveGold, an innovative jewelry marketplace targeted towards fashion-conscious millennials.
Furthermore, they were a Partner at LoveGold, responsible for pitching to the investor community and successfully selling assets and intellectual property.
