Christo Visser has over 15 years of work experience in the mining industry. Christo has worked for The De Beers Group of Companies since 2012, where they have held various roles including Non-Financial Systems and Reporting Principal and Business Optimisation Manager. In these roles, they focused on developing and implementing business improvement systems and strategies for the company's operations. Prior to that, they worked for De Beers - Venetia Mine from 2004 to 2012, where they held positions such as Section Lead for Ore Processing Systems and Technical Services. In these roles, they were responsible for maximizing revenue generation, improving process efficiency, and managing projects. Christo Visser has a strong background in improving operational processes and implementing strategies to drive business value.

Christo Visser obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Stellenbosch University from 1992 to 1997. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they attended the Production Management Institute of Southern Africa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Industrial Technology and Management.
