Henk Werther serves as the Directeur Operations at De Arend - Project & Horeca inrichters since May 2022, managing a central office and multiple showrooms across the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Henk held various positions at Libéma from August 2011 to May 2022, culminating in the role of Manager Operations for Beurzen & Evenementen, overseeing strategic management across hospitality, facility, event services, and logistics at ten locations. Henk's experience includes serving as an Operationeel Manager for southern and western Netherlands events, as well as roles at Maison Luuk Exclusieve party & business catering, progressing from Party Manager to Chief Operating Officer over several years.
