Nkosinathi Mkhumane is a Lab & Production Technician at Givaudan Sense Colour since August 2019, specializing in the inspection of raw materials, in-process testing, and final product quality inspection. Responsibilities include operating UV-VIS Spectrophotometer for absorbance determination of caramel colors, utilizing LCMS to assess concentration levels of 4-Methyl Imidazole, and analyzing specific gravity with a density meter. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Lab & Production Technician at CarZone Motors and a role as a Sales Attendant. Nkosinathi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Eswatini, completed in October 2019, and is a graduate of Salesian High School, where SGCSE was attained.
