Vivek Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within the technology and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at DDN Storage since September 2022, Vivek previously held the position of Managing Director at Superior Motors from April 2014 to November 2022, where the company specialized in selling certified pre-owned cars. Prior to this, Vivek worked at NetApp from August 2005 to April 2013, first as a Senior Product Manager and then as a Senior Engineering Manager, contributing to the Data Protection Group and leading the creation of the Heterogeneous Data Protection Unit at NetApp India. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Storage Wave Software and working as a software engineer/team lead at ORP Systems/Legato/EMC, focusing on research and development in data protection. Vivek holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Delhi University.
