Susanna Babione currently serves as a Sales Operations Administrator and previously as a Sales Operations Coordinator at DDN Storage since March 2022, where responsibilities included producing quotes in Salesforce CPQ and maintaining product pricing. Simultaneously, Susanna is a Salesforce Administrator for Trailhead, having earned certification in May 2022 and achieved the rank of Ranger with 127 badges. Prior experience includes several roles at ASA Automotive Systems from January 2007 to April 2021, such as TireMaster Support Analyst and Implementation Coordinator, focusing on software support and system installations. Additionally, Susanna worked as a Convention Assistant for the Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire and as a Shop Assistant and Knitting Teacher at Twill Fabric & Yarn.
