Charlotte Summers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and editorial management. As the Chief Operations Officer at DDM Health since April 2012, Charlotte has played a key role in co-developing and scaling innovative digital therapeutics in collaboration with various healthcare partners. Previously, as Operations Manager at DDM Health, responsibilities included coordinating day-to-day operations and overseeing multiple teams focused on marketing and digital engagement. Charlotte also served as Managing Editor at StressManagement.co.uk, where growth of the editorial team was prioritized and international retreats and events were organized. Earlier in their career, Charlotte worked as a Content Writer for Sitefinders Net Ltd and as a Consultant at Clinique, where customer service and sales targets were successfully met.
