Nicolas Grassi has extensive experience in technology and system management, currently serving as Responsable de Sistemas and Senior PHP Programmer at DDM Interaction Marketing since March 2010, focusing on the design, development, and documentation of CRM systems for Contact Centers using technologies like PHP, PostgreSQL, and Asterisk. From June 2010 to October 2020, Nicolas was the owner of WebProDesign, where expertise included CRM, Asterisk VoIP, various programming languages, web services, and system integration. Additionally, Nicolas held the position of Purchasing Manager at Paseo Liniers from 2003 to 2009. Nicolas is an alumnus of the University of Buenos Aires.
