Jazmine Boatman, Ph.D., is the Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations and Customer Success Strategy at DDI. She believes passionately in the mission of building better leaders and is responsible for the business strategy and execution for DDI’s U.S. market. Jazmine currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team and Innovation Council at DDI.
Jazmine previously led DDI’s Center for Analytics and Behavioral Research, providing thought leadership and best practices for organizations around the world. She then went on to get closer to DDI’s customers through consulting and leading consulting teams. After that, Jazmine moved into sales and operational leadership at DDI, serving as General Manager for DDI’s New York Metro market prior to managing the business development, professional and executive services, and customer support for the broader U.S.
An industrial-organizational psychologist with special expertise in leadership development, assessment, and analytics, Jazmine has provided leadership coaching and consultation to DDI clients and associates for over 15 years. She is also a published author and frequently invited speaker at international industry conferences and events. Jazmine has managed global research studies such as DDI’s Global Leadership Forecast and has written on special topics such as executive readiness, measurement and analytics, and women in leadership.
