Charles Clapham has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charles co-founded DDI LABS in 2019 and serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Manager at Exact Security from November 2019 to March 2021. From January 2017 to November 2019, they were the National Project Manager at AFN Solutions. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at SKIDATA Australasia from August 2012 to January 2017. Charles also has experience as a Technical Team Lead at DESIGNA from April 2010 to September 2012, and as an Electronics Technician, Service & Project Team Lead at Integrated Technology Solutions Ltd from April 2004 to April 2010.

Charles Clapham has a Trade Licence in Electrical, Electronic and Communications from TAFE NSW. Charles also has a Dual Diploma in Project Management and Leadership from The College for Adult Learning.
