Szymon Gutkowski has a diverse work experience. Szymon started their career in 1991 as the Strategic Director and Founding Partner of DDB Warszawa, a highly respected advertising agency in Poland. In 2000, they became the Managing Director and Founding Partner of the agency, which went on to become one of the most creative and strategic agencies in the country.

In addition to their work in advertising, Gutkowski has also been involved in various organizations and boards. Szymon served as the President of SAR Stowarzyszenie Komunikacji Marketingowej, the Polish Marketing Communication Association, from 2014 to 2018. Szymon also served as a Supervisory Board Member at Eurobank from 2004 to 2005.

Currently, Gutkowski holds positions in several organizations. Szymon is a Board Member of the Stefan Batory Foundation since 2020 and a Member of the Steering Committee at Effie Europe since 2019. Szymon also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board at Kaspi.kz, a financial technology company, since 2016.

Szymon Gutkowski obtained an Executive MBA degree in Strategy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001-2003. Szymon also holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw.
