Sheila Smith currently serves as a Rehab Tech at Horizon Health in Paris, Illinois, starting in November 2023. In addition, Sheila has been a Clerk at DD Homes Network since December 2019 and a Librarian at St. Paris Public Library since September 2018. Previously, Sheila worked as a Paraprofessional for Paris Union School District 95 from February 1998 until 2019, where responsibilities included providing care for special needs students. Sheila completed education at Paris High School from 1987 to 1990.
