Martin Tempone serves as the Regional General Manager for Latam at dcs plus since July 2021, focusing on positioning the company as a leader in tourism technology and innovation while fostering long-term commercial relationships. Prior to this role, Martin was the Business Development Manager for Latam, successfully expanding business operations in the region by identifying new market opportunities. As a co-founder of 𝙒𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙀𝙏, Martin developed a marketplace to connect service needs with opportunities through technology. Martin also has an extensive background in business development with Discover the World, where Martin played a key role in launching hotel verticals and establishing strategies. Education includes a Diplomatura in Business Management, a Técnico Superior in Tourism Services Management, and a Licenciado in Geography from the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', La Suisse, and the University of Buenos Aires, respectively.
