Aishwarya Jadhav is a Human Resources Executive at Decision Consultant Solutions since October 2022, having previously gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Edelweiss Wealth Management in early 2022 and as a Summer Intern at Reliance Power Limited and Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Aishwarya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Dr. D Y Patil Vidyapeeth - Centre for Online Learning and possesses two Bachelor's degrees in Finance, General from D G Ruparel College of Arts, Science & Commerce and Mumbai University. Additionally, Aishwarya graduated with a High School Diploma in Electrical from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
