Swathisri Rameshkumar has a strong background in the software industry, with experience in various roles at DCKAP. Starting as a Junior Engineer in 2017, they were responsible for coding, integrating software components, debugging, and upgrading existing software. Swathisri also gathered and evaluated user feedback and created technical documentation. In 2018, they became a Product Associate, where they managed product sprint timelines, wrote development reports, and created technical documents for new software features. Swathisri then worked as the Head of Customer Support, overseeing customer relationships, identifying improvement opportunities, and writing advanced programming code for feature specifications. In their most recent role as the Product Lead of QA Touch, they determined product requirements, managed work schedules, analyzed operations for improvements, and organized training sessions and meetings. Prior to their career at DCKAP, Swathisri was a student at CAHCET from 2013 to 2017.

Swathisri Rameshkumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering & Technology. Swathisri attended the institution from 2013 to 2017.
