Rachel Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2003, they started working at Crafts Direct as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they provided excellent customer service, supervised cashiers, and managed transactions. In 2011, Rachel joined New Flyer Industries as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for answering calls, providing administrative support to the HR department, and maintaining employee records. In 2014, they joined DCI, Inc. as an HR Assistant, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining personnel records, and supporting staffing needs. Rachel then advanced to become a Human Resources Administrator at DCI, Inc., leading employees, providing services, and ensuring overall employee satisfaction. Their most recent role at DCI, Inc. began in November 2020, and there is no specified end date.

Rachel Ward attended Saint Cloud Technical High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their high school degree in General Studies. Rachel then pursued higher education at St. Cloud State University from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Elective Studies, with a focus on Business Management and Human Relations. In addition, Rachel obtained a certification in OSHA 10 in June 2015.
