Lindsay Winter has a diverse work experience in marketing and sales. Lindsay started at DCI, Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Assistant from July 2016 to April 2019. In this role, they supported various marketing activities, ran sales reports, maintained databases, and coordinated trade show events. Lindsay then became a Marketing and Sales Technology Coordinator at the same company from April 2019 to November 2021. Here, they managed social media accounts, designed advertisements, implemented marketing automation strategies, and participated in website and trade show booth redesigns. Currently, Lindsay is working as a Marketing and Sales Technology Manager at DCI, Inc. starting in November 2021. Their responsibilities include developing and creating the company website, coordinating SEO campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating newsletters and marketing materials, and planning trade show events. Prior to their time at DCI, Lindsay had a brief role as an Order Processor at Fields Manufacturing in 2016. Lindsay also worked at Fields Manufacturing as a Marketing Intern, Office Assistant, and Data Entry personnel from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they had an internship as a Special Events Intern at the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance from December 2014 to May 2015.

Lindsay Winter attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications. In addition to their degree, Lindsay also obtained a certification in Effective Internal & External Customer Service from St Cloud Technical and Community College in November 2018.
