Brian Uhlenkamp has had a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Brian began their career at DCI, Inc in 1993 as a Senior Design Engineer and worked there until 1999. During this time, they gained valuable experience and expertise in their field. Following this, they joined NOVA Fabricating in 1999 as the Director of Engineering, where they continued to develop their leadership skills. In 2000, they transitioned to Felling Trailers-Sauk Centre Welding as an Engineer, where they further expanded their technical knowledge. In 2001, Uhlenkamp returned to DCI, Inc as the VP Engineering/Research & Development, taking on more responsibilities and demonstrating their strong leadership abilities. Overall, Uhlenkamp has a solid track record in engineering roles, showcasing their expertise, leadership, and dedication to their profession.

Brian Uhlenkamp attended North Dakota State University from 1988 to 1992. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time.
