Chris Rowe is a Managing Director at DCI Group where he oversees state public affairs and issue advocacy campaigns in the firm¡¯s client services division. He specializes in campaign management, coalition development, and implementing tactical grassroots mobilization for DCI Group¡¯s clients. Chris also has experience in corporate advertising, opinion research, as well as statewide ballot initiative and state digital campaigns.

Prior to joining DCI Group in 2010, Chris was a researcher at the Mintz Group, an investigative services firm. Chris has also worked for Russell Reynolds Associates and in the Washington office of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from Bowdoin College in Government & Legal studies. A life-long Washingtonian, Chris lives in Chevy Chase, DC with his wife, Kyrsten.
