Karly Rager's work experience includes a role as a Structural Engineer at DCI Engineers since 2017. Previously, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University from 2014 to 2016. Karly also had internships at CH2M HILL, Manhard Consulting, and M. A. Mortenson Company, where they gained experience in structural engineering, civil engineering, and project engineering. Additionally, Karly worked as a Tutor at Colorado State University - College of Engineering and as an Undergraduate Structural Research Assistant at Iowa State University. Karly has a diverse background in engineering and research, with involvement in earthquake engineering and construction projects.

Karly Rager completed their education at Colorado State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from 2012 to 2014. Karly continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from 2014 to 2016.
