Joe Edwards is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology and data strategy. Since March 2012, Joe has served as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at DC Water, where responsibilities include shaping technology and data strategies to drive innovation and enhance service delivery. Prior roles at DC Water include Acting VP of Information Technology, Director of IT Enterprise Solutions, and Director of Infrastructure & Operations, each focusing on leadership, infrastructure, and strategic objectives. Prior to joining DC Water, Joe held positions such as Data Center and Network Infrastructure Manager at DC Water and Sewer Authority, Sr. Exchange Administrator at the Department of Education, and Senior Network Manager at eLink Communications. Joe's educational background includes participation in the CIO Executive Council's Pathways Leadership Program from 2011 to 2013.
