Derry Alldritt is an experienced professional in the media and publishing industry, currently serving as Live News Editor, Social Media Manager, Digital Content Producer, Deputy Head of Production, and Assistant Head of Production at DC Thomson since April 2018. Prior to this, Derry held various editorial roles at Aberdeen Journals from October 2013, including Assistant Chief Sub-editor and Sub-editor. Derry's earlier experience includes working at XPD8 Solutions as a Sales/Marketing/Admin Assistant and as an Accounts Assistant at Dolphin Drilling Ltd. Additionally, Derry worked as an Exhibition Assistant and briefly as a Sub-Editor intern at Elsevier. Derry holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Robert Gordon University, obtained from 2007 to 2011, and completed education at Aberdeen Grammar School from 2002 to 2007.
