Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Kohl spent the last eight years as Executive Director of the Anthem Community Council.

Anthem is a master-planned community just north of Phoenix with more than 26,000 residents. During her tenure there, Kohl managed the acquisition and renovation of a 36,000-square foot building to serve as the Anthem civic building and facilitated the creation of Anthemā€™s first master plan. She planned and implemented resident-driven community projects totaling more than $6 million dollars.
