Chelsea Kirkland is an experienced library professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple institutions. Currently serving as a Digital Inclusion Coordinator at DC Public Library since December 2016, Chelsea has also held positions including Outreach Librarian, Interim Assistant Manager, and Children's Librarian, focusing on programming and services for youth and managing the teen volunteer program. Prior experience includes coordinating technology classes as the Maker & Technology Librarian at Arlington Public Library, maintaining web resources as Virtual Resources Librarian I at Pasco County Government, managing translation projects at Avantpage Translations, teaching Business English at the Modern Language Center, and overseeing library operations as Library Coordinator at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
