Irfanul Hayat is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter at DBSI Services, with experience in executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent through direct sourcing and lead generation since October 2021. Previously, Irfanul held an Associate position at Intelligent Image Management, Inc. (IIMI) USA from October 2020 to November 2021. Irfanul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Calcutta, completed in 2021, and a degree in Computer Applications, Business Accounting, and Multilingual DTP from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), obtained in July 2020.
