Jillian Chan is a Digital Product Manager at DBS Bank since November 2024, focusing on the growth and utilisation of the NAV Planner financial tool within the DBS app, in an Assistant Vice-President capacity. Prior to this role, Jillian served as the Head of Strategy & Implementation at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore from June 2018 to October 2024, where leadership of a seven-member team facilitated the agency's digital and service transformation, delivering over ten digital solutions in two years. Jillian was also recognized with the national COVID-19 Commendation Medal and Minister’s Innovation Award for contributions during the pandemic while working as the Manager in the Airport Transformation Office, playing a pivotal role in implementing Singapore's air Vaccinated Travel Lanes to 40 countries within three months. Jillian's academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
