Bernadette Ksepka currently serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of Product Development for FedNow at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Bernadette held various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from August 2005 to March 2021, including Deputy Head of Product Development for FedNow and Deputy Head of Product Management for Fedwire Securities, in addition to managing Cash Management, Clearing & Settlement, and Business Development. Bernadette Ksepka obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University between 2006 and 2008 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers Business School from 2000 to 2004.
