Jane Evelyn Tansy is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Compensation Business Partner at GoTo Group since March 2022, Jane previously held multiple leadership roles at Lazada, including VP of People Operation & Regional Payroll, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive country compensation and benefits management for both platform and logistics operations. Jane also has a strong background in HR services, having managed Indonesia's Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS at Lazada, and served as Head of Rewards & Services at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. With previous roles that included reward management across multiple countries at PT SMART Tbk, compensation analysis at Mercer Indonesia, and product management at Deltomed Laboratories, Jane possesses a diverse skill set. Jane holds a Masterā€™s degree in Marketing from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Food Technology from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
