Shailesh Mani is the Group IT Head at DBMSC STEEL GROUP since March 2022, overseeing IT operations for the leading stockiest and manufacturer of structural steel in the GCC Region. Prior to this, Shailesh served as GM IT & SCM/CIO at Flemingo International Limited from August 2017 to March 2022, managing IT and supply chain for a prominent retail chain operating duty-free shops and supermarkets globally. Shailesh also held the position of IT Head at LIFE PHARMA from April 2015 to July 2017, contributing to a USFDA certified pharmaceutical manufacturer in the UAE, and earlier served in various IT roles at Flemingo International Limited and other organizations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from Rabinadranath Tagore University and multiple certifications in ITIL, Scrum, and Six Sigma.
