Zoe Higgins is an experienced project manager currently employed at DBI Consultants since February 2021, where Zoe has held roles including Assistant Project Manager and Estimator. Prior to this, Zoe worked as a Project Coordinator at Structured Communication Systems from October 2019 to February 2021, and as an Athletics Event Manager at Portland State University from January 2019 to August 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Lake Oswego Senior High School, and an Administrative Assistant at Mitchell International. Zoe began their collegiate journey as a student athlete at the University of Oregon from March 2014 to December 2015, later transferring to Louisiana State University, where Zoe completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from 2016 to 2018.
