Charlene Neish is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business support and public service. Currently serving as a Business Support Assistant at DBA Construction, Inc. since March 2020, Charlene previously held the role of Contract Compliance Analyst for the City of Tempe from 2013 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Charlene was a Program Manager at the Arizona Department of Transportation from February 2011 to March 2020, and prior to that served as the Executive Director of Trego County Economic Development from November 2007 to February 2011. Additionally, from May 2005 to May 2009, Charlene held the position of President of the City Council in WaKeeney.
